Skagit Special Olympics
The local Skagit County chapter of Washington Special Olympics was the first with a local website, launched in 2006. I maintain a section of this county site called Cowan's Corner where athletes may view photo galleries showcasing their latest sports, read about one of their own athletes whom I regularly feature, check on local recreational opportunities, and keep current on what's happening in Vancouver as we get closer to the 2010 Olympics.
